This customer had their gutters cleaned but water was still spilling over in heavy rain. The hip iron had come loose allowing the hip tiles to slip causing the pointing to brake free and slide into the gutter. The gutter down pipe was clogged with pointing. Tile had also slipped to the left of the hip tile. 

This was a recently purchased home. Loose and cracked tiles had been identified during a survey but an inspection with a drone could have identified other issues. There are many slipped and broken tiles and 3 purlins have come loose. The extent of repairs needed could not be identified from the ground.
